Secrets of Flexibility

Here is your opportunity to learn how to turn your legs into rubber bands. Sam is well known for his extreme legs flexibility, yet 4 years ago he couldn’t even touch his toes. No Sam is committed to sharing the flexibility techniques which helped him to others. The secret to Sam’s flexibility is active stretching and this workshop will begin with a stretch designed to strengthen and lengthen those important leg muscles. Next we will move on to the pole, learning some beautiful flexibility based shapes and how to make your body look more flexible than you are. Even if you aren’t particularly flexible Sam’s ethos is: ‘Fake it until you make it, and he has plenty of tips to give the impression of bendiness.

Pre-requisites: Basic invert and competent with leg hangs.
