Transcendence is a floor and mobility workshop with a difference. Moving away from more traditional methods of stretching, this class is based around looping, repetitive phrases of floor-based movement that teach you to stretch and extend through all of the space in your body. The repetitive nature of the movement helps connect your brain to your body, and is mixed with slow, dreamlike freestyle. Practising the techniques and movement taught will help you to improve the appearance of your flexibility, your appreciation for your own sensuality, and fluidity in your performances.
