James Hunt – Core stability and control for stronger pole
We will be learning how to control and connect with the core through movement and conditioning work to bring ease of movement, stronger transitions and deeper strength to your pole practice.
We will also explore how, if used properly, the breath can make lifts feel light and connected or can work against us.
Our bodies will always choose the path of least resistance and build compensatory patterns that can lead us to the infamous training wall.
This workshop will teach you how to listen, control and move from your core with total control, balance and understanding ensuring continual progress.
