Patricia The Tease – Twerkshop
This energetic and fun full body workout is guaranteed to have you feeling like a hot mess in no time! You’ll learn various tips and tricks on how to stay safe, use the correct form and get the best bounce of your booty!
Besides working on core moves and playing with twerk tricks you will be taught a short twerk routine infused with floor flow.
Kneepads and/or legwarmers are strongly recommended! Please make sure to also bring water to keep you hydrated at all times!
