Luna Tickles – Intro to Chair Dance
So Burlesque doesn’t mean having to remove clothing or capturing the attention of an audience. It can be all about YOUR.
It’s great when we find ways to keep fit and boost our cardiovascular exercise, tone and shape our body, work on our posture and balance, without having to spend a lot of money or requiring the right size room for a pole or hoop. Most of us have a chair at least and you could easily acquire one if you don’t.
This session will be short chunks of choreography that we will dance with music to. Don’t worry, there won’t be too much to remember so it will suit those worried about remembering the moves in routines. Most of all this will keep us fit, help with our coordination and dance skills, improve our body image and boost our confidence with using a chair for exercise.
Open to all levels.
