Lisa Hammond is a Pole and Aerial artist based in Chesterfield, Derbyshire. She found pole around 7 years ago with no previous dance or gymnastics background. As a child she would always be dancing around and experimenting with movement but never got the chance to take any lessons and so finding pole gave her a new lease of life and gave her a platform to express herself.
Lisa is known for her intricate flow and floor work as well as her emotive choreography. Lisa has competed both nationally and internationally, and currently holds the following titles:

Currently Lisa is a full time pole and aerial instructor at Pole Athletes in Chesterfield; she is also the coach for Nottingham Trent University Pole Club. Alongside her solo career Lisa also travels teaching with The Foundry by Hammond and Duncan. The foundry is a collaborative workshop created by Lisa and her business partner Sophie Duncan who is currently working as an artist for Cirque du Soleil. Together they share their passion and knowledge for Dance and Pole combining their extensive knowledge and sharing it through intensives courses.
